Terms of Service

- Ways To Pay are Ko-Fi [ Paypal or Card ], Invoices [ Paypal or Card ], Cashapp, Venmo, Google Pay or Zelle.
- Payment Must be Made in Full before any Work is Performed Once payment is received, expect an update roughly every two weeks until the order is complete. Orders over 150$USD can be paid in partial payments.
- Turn-Around Time Each Set, Pack & Item will take roughly between 2 to 12 weeks. I will keep you updated in case of a commission delay. If you are asking me to try something new, please note that will take longer to complete and updates may be more spread out.
- Example : If you order my Streamer Pack bundle [ which includes an Overlay Pack, Bio Set & an Icon ], that is 3 items. Each will take a couple of weeks to complete. In total, the order may take around 9 weeks to be complete though you will see & get updates / parts of the full order roughly every 2 to 3 weeks.
- Rush Orders Welcome If you need something done within a week or less a fee will be added to the order. The fee will be based on how much work there is and how quickly you need it.
- Three Changes are included per Set, Pack or Item. I'll ask for changes during the sketching stage & minor changes when the product is finished. If the buyer approves of the final picture, no extra changes will be made to the picture.
- Emotes, Stickers, Channel Points, Bits & Sub Badges can still be changed, even after uploading. If any of those are unreadable / not likeable - please message me so we can make adjustments.
- Tips are Welcome Before & After each Commission Order Feel free to send them at any given time. Please only tip if you feel comfortable doing so.How I work & Updates :
- A Trello link will be given once payment is met; this site is a great way to see updates, delays, etc on where the commission is heading.
- If you see me posting art and have not heard about your order, I do ask you to be patient.
- Updates can be written or visual - I will aim to always give some visuals on each update however, this may not always be the case.
- Visual updates will need approval from the buyers before moving on - at this time is when you will be asked for changes and adjustments.
- For Non-Rush Orders : The Dates I give are not guarantees, promises nor deadlines that the art will be done unless you have paid the rushed order fee and expressed the order needs to be by X date.
- Grace Period : This is the time frame to expect an update. The period starts the Saturday after said date given and goes until the following Saturday.
- Free Art / Giveaways that are not claimed after one week will be marked as expired.Breaks & Holidays :
- The last week of every month is reserved for personal projects and giveaway winnings.
- This week often lands on the last few days of one month & the first few days of the next. It also to line up around the big Holidays such as but not limit to : Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years ; which I would have taken time away for family regardless.
- The End of the Year is my busiest time of year; updates will be slow between November and December.Refunds & Cancels :
- Refunds are half of the payment of the order and will only be given if you requested a refund when canceling the order.
- You may cancel an order at any given time however if you request that you do not want a refund, you are unable to change your mind later.
- If the order is sketched out [ 50% done ], no refund can be made.
- Tips are non-refundable.Copyrights, Credit & Edits - Paid or Not :
- You have Full Copyrights : You are allowed to make money off the artwork, resize if needed for overlays, use it for banners, icons, socials, events, etc.
- You are Not Allowed To : Claim as your own work, Remove / Cover my credit off of the artwork, nor Edit the artwork in any way - this includes but is not limited to : Recoloring the picture, adding and changing any parts of the picture. Twitch default animation and After Effects are fine.
- When using any creations, please always give credit where it's due, whether it be in your bio, shouting me out on a timer with your bot, linking to this site, or one of my socials.
- When using on Twitch, feel free to give me the artist role or attributed the emotes, please note this does not count as fully crediting me.
- If you can't get the credit to be seen when using it as a picture or a site just doesn't have a space for it, that's fine.
- Please ask if you are unsure what is and is not ok to do.Take Downs & Denys :
- If you are getting characters that are not owned by you [ Pokemon, Disney, Movies, Game Characters. etc ] - I am not liable if they ask you to take it down nor will I replace the artwork for free.
- Same with any badges, stickers, emotes / emojis and merch that are denied by twitch or any other platform.Get Art Ahead of Time :
- If you are planning to get any type of art as a gift / merch for any Specific Date such as Holidays, Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthdays - Please Do Not Wait.
- Waiting & " Thinking " you are giving the artist enough time to work on things just stress out not only the Artist but you as well.
- Better to get the design a month early rather than worrying about it being late.Agreement When Paying :
- By commissioning me, you agree to everything shown & understand what you have read.
- If you do not follow the terms, I am allowed to deny you future service as well as cancel your commission[s].
- To let me know you have read them, simple state " I have read and understand your terms. " when placing your order.Reviews :
- After completing an order, I do ask the buyer to do a review. This is with old & new buyers.
- This means you can put whatever you want / feel on the review. I am not asking for you to be nice and only put " the good stuff ". I want you to be honest & upfront with what I gave you as a picture, how I treated you, updates, prices, etc.
- I ask this of buyers because it shows I am not trying to scam people out of money, it also helps to let new buyers know what they may get when ordering from me.
- You will also get a showcase with the order[s] as you see in my examples on the other tabs, which you are allowed to post on socials with or without the review - for socials that I am not on, you can simple just put my handle [ xJakkAttack ] and or plug my portfolio link.
